Garry Roestel died March 11, 2010 at age 58 doing what he loved to do best with people he loved. His passing came as an unforseen accident and the loss it brought will be felt by family and friends alike. Born July 16, 1951 in Spokane, Washington he is survived by his wife Star Roestel, his three sons and daughter-in-laws, Jason and Naomi Roestel, Joshua and Courtney Roestel and Jesse James Roestel, three granddaughters Edie Joel, Chloe Elizabeth, and Charlie Jean, his loving parents Lorel and Beverly Roestel, his six brothers and sisters and their mates, Larry and Jan Roestel, Sheri and Greg Ripley, Terry and Lin Roestel, David and Kristen Roestel, Mollee and Marty Raney, Pam and Warner Hillman, his 28 nieces and nephews, his 26 great nieces and nephews and a list of secondary kinfolk that could span a family almanac the weight and exhaustiveness of both biblical books of Chronicles. He will be missed deeply, painfully and with all authority of the human soul. We know that Garry is in God’s memory just asleep in death and awaiting a resurrection which gives us solace and kindles our desire to carry on with life. Thank you for touching all of our lives as a son, as a husband, as a dad, as grandpa, as a brother, as an uncle, as a cousin and as a best friend. We will always love you!
