Donald Duane Graham

Donald Duane Graham, age 79,

was born 10/17/1930 in Burlington, WA, and died on 7/18/2010 in Chelan, WA. He was raised in Alger, graduated from Burlington-Edison High School in 1949, and worked as an electrician for the Boeing Company for over 30 years. He and his wife Gloria raised their 6 children in North Bend, WA and divided their time between their homes in Chelan, WA, and Yuma, AZ after Don’s retirement. What made Don happiest was golfing with his friends and four sons. Don was one of the first members of Si View Golf Course that later became Mountain View. Once it was sold Don golfed at Snoqualmie Falls, and Chelan Municipal Golf Course. One of his proudest moments was winning the 2001 Northwest Open Team Championship in Klamath Falls, OR. His putt on the 18th hole secured the win for his team. Don is survived by his 6 children, Dave Anderson, Larry Anderson, Cheryl Overman, Dawn Geiser, Ryan Graham, and Robert Graham. Don also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

A celebration of Don’s life will be held at Mount Si Golf Course on Saturday, August 14th at 4:00pm. The family requests that donations be made to the Chelan Community Hospital Foundation (General Fund) for the wonderful and compassionate care provided by the

staff.
