Holiday festivities and more this week

Dec. 8

‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ radio play: Valley Center Stage in North Bend is putting on a stage performance of “It’s a Wonderful Life.” The show runs until Dec. 17. Tickets and full schedule available at valleycenterstage.org.

Holiday trivia night: William Grassie Wine Estates on Snoqualmie Ridge will host a holiday-themed trivia night at its Snoqualmie Ridge location from 6:30-8 p.m. Event is free.

Dec. 9

Sensory friendly Santa hour: Families with sensitivities to stimulation from crowds, lights, or noise are invited to visit Santa during a sensory-friendly hour from 11 a.m. to noon at the Railroad Park gazebo in Snoqualmie.

Holiday Open House and Dickens carolers: Shop local in downtown Snoqualmie and visit Santa from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dickens carolers will be strolling downtown Snoqualmie. Carolers will return on Dec. 16 and Dec. 23 from 2 – 4 p.m.

Dec. 13

Open Mic Night at Black Dog Cafe: Black Dog Arts Cafe in Snoqualmie will host a free open mic night. Signups at 6 p.m. performances begin at 7 p.m.

Dec. 15

Winter Break City Skate: Sno-King Ice Arena is hosting a free community ice skating event from 2 to 4 p.m. Skate rentals are provided. Registration required and food bank donations appreciated.

Snowskate film premiere: Local snowskater Ryan Waldbilling will premiere his new snowskate film edit at the Dru Bru taproom (10 Pass Life Way #3, Snoqualmie Pass) from 7-9 p.m on Dec. 15 and Dec. 16. Admission is free.

Dec. 16

Storybook Snoqualmie: Embark on an enchanting journey through an original Snoqualmie storybook in the heart of Historic Downtown Snoqualmie as part of an interactive story stroll. Event runs from noon to 4 p.m. Starts at Down To Earth Flowers + Gifts.
