The Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce has rolled out its new tourism Web site.

The Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce has rolled out its new tourism Web site.

Designed to attract visitors and tourists to the Valley, the new online venture went live early last week..

The site, located at www.snoqualmievalleytourism.com/, includes entries on accommodations, activities, attractions, cities, restaurants and events, plus local history and historic photos of the Valley.

“It’s going to be a real attribute for the whole Snoqualmie Valley,” Chamber Executive Director Karen Granger said. The Web site, she said, is a work in progress.

The chamber employed AK Branding of Issaquah to put together the Web site, as a cooperative venture with the cities of Snoqualmie, Carnation and Duvall.

“All our cities are interested in tourism,” Granger said. “Everyone sees that as a way of attracting people.”

The Valley has a lot to offer day-trip visitors and tourists, Granger said.

“There are a lot of things to enjoy about our area,” she said. “We want people to explore and discover. That’s what it’s all about.”
