The Sno-Valley Idol Junior contest is open to all Snoqualmie Valley youth ages 5 through 14, and has gained momentum each and every year. The auditions were held February 11 at Boxleys Place in North Bend. The judges had the very difficult task of selecting just fourteen finalists from the 30 registered participants. The panel of music industry experts, Annmarie Farris, Susanna Fuller and Danny Kolke, scored contestants on natural ability, quality of performance, showmanship and audience appeal offering valuable advice and encouragement to each participant.

The finalists will be scored by the same panel of experts on March 30. Top three contestants will be selected by the judges, after which the overall winner will be selected by audience vote—be sure to attend to vote for your favorite young star. Admission is $2.

Every attendee in the audience is eligible for one vote. Top three finalists receive small prizes as well as invitations to perform at several local community wide events throughout the year.
