Work on a 212-unit apartment complex in North Bend at the Dahlgren property has resumed after clearing and grading work was completed last fall.
Crews working the project are scheduled to begin working to install utility infrastructure for the complex. Work is expected to begin the week of April 5, along with utility location work on North Bend Way. The work should last a few days, and may require intermittent lane reduction along North Bend Way.
The water main installation work for the project will begin the week of April 12, beginning near North Bend City Hall. It will continue east along North Bend Way to the project site. The city’s Centennial Well is located beneath City Hall.
During water main installation, traffic will be reduced to one lane with potential lane closures in both directions.
