The Snoqualmie Valley Railroad season opens April 3, resuming full train service through the Upper Snoqualmie Valley each Saturday and Sunday through October. After months of closure for a nearly $500,000 rehabilitation, the historic Railway Bridge No. 35 is back on track, allowing many more years of continued train service to and from North Bend.

Snoqualmie Valley Railroad’s 2004 season welcomes the return of its popular family programs, including Mother’s Ride Free, Pops on Us, Grandparents’ Grand Excursion, Santa Train and Day Out With Thomas. This year the Northwest Railway Museum is Washington’s only host of the Day Out With Thomas event, which is scheduled for July 9-11 and July 16-18 at the Snoqualmie Depot. Tickets go on sale at the Snoqualmie Depot’s ticket office and via TicketWeb beginning April 19.

Trains depart every 90 minutes in April and October, and every 75 minutes May through September from the historic Snoqualmie Depot at 38625 S.E. King Street and from the North Bend Depot at 205 McClellan Street in North Bend.
