The one-time fire siren was quiet for the better part of three months after its old roost, the former fire hall, was demolished in May. It’s back courtesy of Mignone Interiors owner Kristi Wood, who had the siren placed atop her business. The Mignone Interiors store is actually a former city hall and fire station and was the siren’s original perch during World War II.
