Snoqualmie Valley’s Rotary Club ready for next round of grants

The Rotary Club of Snoqualmie Valley is seeking service projects from non-profit organizations to meet a community need.

The Rotary Club of Snoqualmie Valley is seeking service projects from non-profit organizations to meet a community need.

Last year, the club provided $3,900 for a new food storage shed at the Mount Si Helping Hand Food Bank, $2,500 for new dining room chairs at the Mt Si Senior Center and $2,500 for new front doors at Si View Community Center.

To get a Rotary grant, organizations must be a non-profit group, seek between $500 and $5,000, submit a project description with plans and a detailed budget, meet a grant submittal deadline of Dec. 31, finish the project by June 1, and provide space for a Rotary logo on the finished project.
