The city of Snoqualmie and Northwest Railway Museum celebrate the completion of a restroom remodel at “The Royal Flush,” 10 a.m. Saturday, May 1, at the depot, 38625 S.E. King St.

The event includes brief speeches by important people, the ceremonial cutting of the toilet paper and the official bathroom opening.

The restrooms will serve both the depot and the downtown area and public parks. They are on a magnetic time lock and close at night.
