North Bend city councilman Jonathan Rosen, who recently announced plans to run for re-election for North Bend City Council Position 1, is unopposed as of the end of candidate filing last week.

Rosen has named Chris Garcia, owner of Frankie’s Pizza and former council member, as his campaign manager.

“It has been my pleasure and honor to represent the citizens of North Bend for the past two terms,” Rosen wrote in an email. “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as your representative and hope to be able to continue to serve you for the next four years.”

Rosen is endorsed by the Snoqualmie Police Department and said safety is his “highest priority.”
