Remains found Dec. 2 in Snoqualmie identified as 62 year-old transient man

The human remains found in Snoqualmie Dec. 2 have been identified as those of Tiffany Galsworthy, a 62-year-old man who was transient but had been living in the Valley.

Galsworthy’s remains were discovered in the wooded area north of S.R. 202 and Snoqualmie Parkway, by workers hired by the city to locate a potential trail for the proposed Snoqualmie Riverwalk project. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office took over the investigation, to determine the identity of the deceased and potential cause of death.

The Medical Examiner’s Office determined, through speaking with his family, that Galsworthy suffered from heart disease, which likely contributed to his death.

Snoqualmie Police last had contact with Galsworthy in February 2016, when he was found sleeping outside. Officers took him to the winter shelter.
