Discovering what Snoqualmie residents think of their community, Snoqualmie Mayor Matt Larson quizzed the first 50 comers to the city’s fifth annual Town Hall Meeting/ Root Beer Float social.

Larson handed out 50 hand-held keypads, provided by the Association of Washington Cities for the town meeting at no cost, to give instant feedback. Casting electronic votes, audience members could respond to questions, rank issues and develop priorities, then see their answers displayed instantly.

Larson quizzed people on what part of the city they lived in, how long they’d lived here and what brought them here.
