People can receive training to become certified instructors in S.A.I.L., or Stay Active and Independent for Life, a group strength and balance fitness class for adults 65 and older, by taking part in training sessions planned for July 24 and 25 at the Cedar River Watershed Center.

Valley hospital commissioners held their final special meeting Friday, May 23, at their longtime meeting site, the Weyerhauser Room at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital, to approve revised promissory agreements with the Snoqualmie Tribe, wrapping up the sale of the old campus.
