Medical call: At 11:33 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie downtown area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and then transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center by private ambulance.

Friday, Feb. 13

Fire alarm: At 11:31 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to the Early Learning Center on Snoqualmie Ridge for a fire alarm. They arrived on scene to find that the alarm had been set off by burnt food. The building was cleared of smoke, and the alarm was reset.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

Gas smell: At 9:12 p.m., firefighters responded to the 32900 block of Southeast 42nd Street for a smell of natural gas in the residence. After the house was tested with the department’s gas detector, nothing was found.

Monday, Feb. 16

Alarm: At 12:32 p.m., the fire engine responded mutual aid to the 8100 block of 304th Avenue Southeast in Preston for a commercial automatic fire alarm. After arriving at the scene, the alarm was found to be false.

Saturday, Feb. 14

Car accident: At 8:55 p.m., firefighters from Fall City, Eastside Fire and Rescue, and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 10700 block of Upper Preston Road Southeast for a motor vehicle accident. After triaging the scene, one patient was found to be in serious condition, and was quickly backboarded and transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center by paramedics.

Fall: At 1:04 p.m., emergency medical technicians (EMTs) responded to the 33600 block of Southeast Redmond-Fall City Road for a 75-year-old woman who had tripped and fallen. After evaluating the condition of the woman’s leg, EMTs determined that a visit to an area hospital was necessary, and she was transported via private ambulance.

Friday, Feb. 14

Leg pain: At 5:58 p.m., EMTs responded to the 27900 block of Northeast Fifth Street for an 84-year-old woman who had leg pain. She was evaluated and transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
