Northwest Railway Museum offers Memorial Day weekend steam train rides

Looking for a family fun adventure this Memorial Day weekend? Come take a picturesque steam train excursion through the Upper Snoqualmie Valley with the Northwest Railway Museum.

Trains depart from both the North Bend and Snoqualmie depots with a variety of times to choose from on Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend, according to the museum.

Train rides include the view from the top of Snoqualmie Falls and a stop to visit the Museum’s Train Shed Exhibit Hall where you’ll fall in love with trains of all sizes. Tickets are available online at TrainMuseum.org. Prices are $15 for children ages 2-12; $25 for seniors 62 and up; and $30 for adults.

For those who don’t have time for a train ride, the Train Shed Exhibit Hall, located at the Museum’s Railway History Campus, will be open Wednesday through Monday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., beginning May 20.
