The Zumba program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. No previous dance experience is necessary to participate and workouts are suitable for most ages.

Nia is a conditioning class for all fitness levels. With the philosophy of “Through Movement We Find Health,” Nia addresses the whole person through music and movement integrated from traditional movement forms of martial arts, dance and healing. Nia delivers a cardiovascular aerobic exercise and whole body conditioning.

Other conditioning classes offered include Pilates, belly dancing, body pump and yoga.

Also new at Si View are classes on Wilderness First Aid; a class on practical healing, rejuvenation and prevention techniques called the Soul Power Hour; and a three-part workshop on dealing with procrastination, tension and anxiety in the workplace called “Unemployed? Underemployed? (or just hate your job?)”.
