Theodore Bernstein, a 64 year-old North Bend man facing child pornography charges, continues to wait for a court hearing. At his lastest court appearance, Tuesday Sept. 18, Bernstein’s case was continued again.

A case-setting hearing is now scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Bernstein was arrested June 15 on charges of possessing child pornography. Police confiscated two computers and several DVDS from his home, which contained sexually explicit images and writings, according to the charges filed. He entered a plea of not guilty on both counts at his July 2 arraignment, and has remained in King County Jail since then. The court set bail at $50,000.

Bernstein was a substitute teacher in the Snoqualmie Valley School District. The district suspended him in May.
