LEO speaker talks guardianships, special needs trusts

Life Enrichment Options presents attorney Denise Redinger speaking about guardianships, alternatives to guardianship, and special needs trusts, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, at Sallal Grange, 12912 432nd Ave. S.E., North Bend. Redinger will provide an overview on the need for, and the pros and cons of, guardianships and alternatives to guardianships. She will discuss the process for obtaining guardianship through an attorney, obtaining one without an attorney, and the periodic reporting for people who already have a guardianship in place. She will also present information on the necessity of special needs trusts and explain their interaction with the other estate planning documents.
