Blind-sided: At 1:45 a.m., a patron at Capone’s Pizza Place in North Bend walked out to the parking lot from the front door after closing time and was punched by an unknown person. The victim endured significant jaw pain and bleeding from his nose and mouth. He was treated for injuries by aid, given a ride to Riverbend neighborhood, and said he’d settle it when he discovers the puncher’s identity.

Car break-in: A patron arrived at Snoqualmie Casino at 2:30 a.m. and parked facing south on Level 1 of the parking garage. When she returned at 6 a.m., she found both doors unlocked, items missing from her glove compartment and a duffel bag missing from the trunk. A deputy lifted prints from the trunk lid and driver door. The casino will review security tapes and contact sheriff’s deputies with more information.

Friday, Oct. 16

Hang-up: At 2:30 a.m., two deputies responded to investigate a 911 hang-up at the TravelAmerica truck stop, also known as Truck Town. They checked various buildings but were unable to locate where the call came from. They called back to a busy signal/no answer, and left a message on the answering machine.

Arrest: At 9:46 p.m., two deputies arrived at a North Bend residence to serve a warrant for arrest. Initially, they talked to a roommate who lied and told them that the man was not home. Deputies ran plates of car in driveway, which was registered to the man. The roommate then admitted that the man was home. The wanted man came out with his hands up and complied with instructions. He said he had no knowledge of his roommate hiding his presence.
