Snoqualmie Valley Hospital is hosting a lunch and learn workshop on myofascial release, starting at noon Thursday, Sept. 22 at the hospital, 9801 Frontier Ave. S.E., Snoqualmie.

Amanda Schaefer, PTA, LMP with Snoqualmie Valley Hospital will discuss how myofascial release techniques might help relieve pain and restore a patient’s active lifestyle.
