Last month, 15 people gathered at the Y to work on their family roots, with help from workshop leaders, Erin Christensen and Bret Vincent. Christensen passed out a list of websites, both free and paid, providing access to family history information. One participant said she’d subscribed to one site for an annual fee of $40 and found the information well worth the money.

Sponsored by the Snoqualmie Falls Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the meetings are every third Tuesday at the Y. To learn more, send an e-mail to snofallsfamilyhistory@gmail.com.
