Encompass in North Bend is sponsoring a free parenting workshop, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 3 at Virginia Mason Issaquah, 100 N.E. Gilman Blvd., Issaquah.

All parents and caregivers of children with special needs (ages 0 to 8) are invited to this workshop designed to teach parents developmentally-appropriate discipline techniques that are effective for children with special needs.
