Snoqualmie Fire Department
Wednesday, Nov. 3
Medical call: At 8:20 p.m., emergency medical technicians were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for a medical call. One patient was treated and then transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie EMTs.
Monday, Nov. 1
Medical call: At 9:21 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie downtown area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie EMTs.
Medical call: At 11:18 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was treated and transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie EMTs.
Medical call: At 11:32 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters and Bellevue paramedics were dispatched to Echo Glen Children’s Center for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and transported to the hospital by a private ambulance.
Saturday, Oct. 30
Car accident: At 12:38 p.m., Snoqualmie and Fall City firefighters responded to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a motor vehicle accident. One patient was treated and transported to the hospital by private ambulance.
Friday, Oct. 29
Breathing problem: At 9:24 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to Mount Si High School for a patient who was experiencing minor breathing difficulty. Upon arrival, crews found that the patient had already driven himself to the hospital.
Car accident: At 10:10 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters, assisted by Eastside Fire & Rescue and Fall City Fire District, were dispatched to the entrance of the Snoqualmie Casino for a three-car traffic accident with injuries. Five patients were treated and four of them were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Tuesday, Nov. 2
Car on fire: At 5:29 p.m., Fall City Fire Department responded to 5600 block of Lake Alice Road Southeast for reports of one vehicle over the bank, which was on fire. Upon arrival, firefighters found one vehicle over the embankment with some flames coming from the wheel well. The patient, a 19-year-old woman, had escaped the car upon arrival and had a laceration on her nose. Firefighters began treating the patient, and extinguished the fire. Fall City Fire Department transported the patient to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah.
Fainting: At 10:01 a.m., EMTS responded to the 31700 block of Southeast 40th Street for an 81-year-old woman who experienced a syncopal episode, and hit her head as she fell. The patient was evaluated, and treated on scene.
Monday, Nov. 1
Flood warning: At 8:48 p.m., Fall City Fire Department was notified that the sum of Snoqualmie River Forks near North Bend had reached a Phase II Flood Warning Level. A Phase II Flood warning is established when the river flow reaches 12,000 cubic feet per second, and continue to rise. All residences on the Flood Call List were notified.
Chest pain: At 11:28 p.m., Fall City Fire Department, Snoqualmie Fire Department and Bellevue paramedics responded to the 33000 block of Southeast 99th Street for reports of a 14 year-old girl complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath.
Saturday, Oct. 30
Car accident: At 12:37 p.m., Fall City Fire Department and Snoqualmie Fire Department responded to the intersection of Snoqualmie Parkway and Douglas Avenue for reports of a motor vehicle accident.
