Campfire restrictions lifted in Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest

The ban on open campfires has been lifted in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

The ban on open campfires has been lifted in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

Recent rains have reduced the potential for problem fires in the forest.

In spite of the increase in fuel moisture, fire season continues in western Washington. The public is asked to use caution with fire in the national forest. Fire managers continue to monitor remote wilderness fires.
