Both lanes closed on SR 18 due to multiple vehicle crash on Tuesday morning

Both directions of SR 18 are closed due to a multiple vehicle crash west of I-90 near the Tiger Mountain Summit at MP 27.

According to Washington State Patrol District 2’s Public Information Officer, Rick Johnson, the crash blocked the roadway but no serious injuries were sustained by the drivers. On twitter, Johnson wrote to expect long delays.

At 8:45 a.m., Johnson wrote there was no estimated time on when the road would reopen. Drivers should avoid that road and plan to use alternate routes.
