Saturday, Feb. 7

Accident: At 9:51 p.m., police responded to a call at the Eagle Lake Drive Southeast and St. Andrews Lane Southeast roundabout in Snoqualmie, after a woman lost control of her silver Kia and ran into a wall. Her vehicle was towed and she was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Sunday, Feb. 8

Assist: At 8:18 p.m., police responded to a call at the 300 block of Main Avenue South, North Bend. They removed a subject from a home and, when he found that he’d just missed the last bus out of town, drove him to a Bellevue Park and Ride.

Monday, Feb. 9

Fraud: At 3:18 p.m., a caller on Fern Avenue, Snoqualmie, reported that someone posted her home for sale on two real estate listing services. She suspected her ex-husband made the listings. Police provided her with information on court protection from harassment.

Reckless Driving: At 5:15 p.m., a caller reported a reckless driver in the 400 block of Main Avenue North, North Bend. The caller said the driver was in a black, Ford pickup and almost hit two pedestrians. The caller told police where to find the driver, and they contacted him at a local business. He said he didn’t see the pedestrians because they were in dark clothes, and apologized for the incident.

Thursday, Feb. 12

Suspicious: At 7:42 a.m., police conducted an area check at Railroad Avenue Southeast and Southeast King Street, Snoqualmie, and found a sleeping man. He was on his stomach with his pants pulled down low. He allowed the officers to search his bag, and said he had found the drug paraphernalia that the officers located in it.

Theft: At 5:36 p.m., a caller in the 7800 block of Center Boulevard Southeast, Snoqualmie, reported the theft of a tip jar. Two 15-year-old boys were suspected; they left on foot. Estimated value of the theft was $20.

Sunday, Feb. 1

Accident: At 10:20 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident on Southeast Mount Si Road. All occupants were out of the vehicle when the crew arrived, and all had minor injuries. EMTs treated the patients and released them at the scene.

Medical aid: In addition to the above calls, Snoqualmie EMTs responded to 14 medical aid incidents bringing the total number of calls to date to 145.

Tuesday, Feb. 3

Alarm: At 7:56 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a carbon monoxide detector going off in a residence. Firefighters were unable to locate the source of the problem.

Thursday, Feb. 12

Alarm: At 1:49 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded the Snoqualmie Ridge Veterinary Hospital for an automatic fire alarm. The crew determined the alarm had been set off from the steam of the autoclave system. There was no fire.

Heat detector: At 5:07 p.m.,  Snoqualmie firefighters were dispatched to the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Course for an automatic fire alarm. They determined a faulty heat detector was the cause.

Saturday, Feb. 14

Fireplace problem: At 9:10 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters were dispatched to the Salish Lodge for an automatic fire alarm. Firefighters determined that a guest in the hotel did not open the flue in the fireplace before starting a fire, causing a false alarm.

Fall City Fire

Sunday, Feb. 1

Accident: At 1:06 p.m., Fall City Firefighters and EMTs responded to the 800 block of Redmond-Fall City Road Northeast for an accident involving a bicyclist and a truck. A subject had been riding his bicycle on the road when he was clipped by a passing truck. EMTs suspected he had a broken collarbone, but the patient refused treatment.

Monday, Feb. 2

Tree down: At 4:31 p.m., Fall City Firefighters responded to the 10000 block of Upper Preston Road Southeast for a large tree that had been blown down over the roadway and knocked out power for the area. Firefighters worked with Puget Sound Energy to secure the scene, blocking traffic, and cutting up the tree for removal.

Thursday, Feb. 5

Hit by car: At 7:50 a.m., Fall City firefighters and EMTs assisted a 33-year-old man who was run over by a car in the 4400 block of Preston-Fall City Road Southeast. He had an injured right arm, and was taken to a local hospital via the Fall City aid car.

Friday, Feb. 6

Fall: At 11:53 a.m., the Fall City Fire Department was called to the 4100 block of 330th Place Southeast to help an elderly man who had fallen in his bathroom. The crew helped the man to his feet, evaluated him, and found a small cut on his elbow. They left him with his wife.

Saturday, Feb. 7

Accident: At 4:19 a.m., Fall City and Eastside Fire & Rescue firefighters and EMTs responded to a motor-vehicle accident at Redmond-Fall City Road Northeast and Tolt Hill Road. EMTs examined one patient, who was found to be uninjured.

Monday, Feb. 9

Wood stove: At 7:08 p.m., Fall City firefighters responded to the 4400 block of 331st Avenue Southeast for a wood stove fire that had gotten out of control. Firefighters extinguished the flames without any damage to the home.
