Arson-damaged inn sells to Preston man

A Preston-based real estate company has purchased the Snoqualmie Inn, popularly known as the Old Honey Farm Country Inn, that was damaged in a suspicious fire in 2005.
Real Estate One, LLC purchased the inn Sept. 10 from previous owner Marquee Burbatt, paying nearly $2 million for the 2.2-acre property at 9050 384th Ave. S.E. Burbatt has owned the property since 1998, when he purchased it for $575,000.
