All signs point to Ludwig being OK

Ludwig Spegg, a former North Bend resident who was a regular presence on North Bend street corners holding encouraging signs of healing and love, had not been seen for a while, prompting some residents to wonder where he had gone. Officials with the King County Sheriff's Office in North Bend said they started to receive calls from people who had heard rumors that he had been assaulted. Spegg's guardian, who would not disclose Spegg's location or any way to reach him, said that he was not assaulted and he was doing fine. The guardian did not say when or if Spegg would return to North Bend.
