The Black Dog Arts Café in Snoqualmie will host its the fourth year of the Playwrights Showcase, two nights of original one-act plays, written by local playwrights from the Seattle area and the Eastside. The showcase will be presented Friday and Saturday, Jan. 13 and 14.

Showtime is 8 p.m. Admission is a suggested donation of $10.

The showcase is a fundraiser for Theatre Black Dog’s sponsor, The Black Dog Arts Coalition, which promotes theatre and the arts throughout the Snoqualmie area.

Several of the plays to be performed are the result of Susan Bradford’s, (artistic director of the company), play writing workshop last fall.
