Join the Snoqualmie Family YMCA at 35018 SE Ridge Street, Snoqualmie, for an adult-only pickleball tournament on April 6 from 12 to 4 p.m. Members, resident non-members and non-resident non-members over the age of 18 are welcome, regardless of skill level. Yard waste recycling:

The 2024 North Bend Yard Waste Recycling Program runs 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. April 6 at the North Bend Public Works Building, 1155 East North Bend Way. Solar eclipse viewing:

The North Bend Library, 115 E 4th Street, will hand out proper eyewear to view the partial solar eclipse on April 8 while supplies last. The maximum eclipse for viewers in the Valley will occur at 11:29 a.m. For more information, call 425-888-0554.

Join Snoqualmie Councilmember Rob Wotton at Umpqua Bank in North Bend from 12 to 1 p.m. April 10 to learn “The ABCs of Business Finance.” Wotton has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business and is the vice president and senior bank manager at Umpqua.
