Coffee with the city manager, 9 a.m.: Residents are invited to meet Carnation City Manager Rhonda Ender for coffee at Sandy’s Espresso, 4650 Tolt Ave. Ender will be available to answer questions and have informal community discussions.
Oxbow Farm native plant sale, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center in Carnation is hosting its spring native plant sale. The event will include over 100 native plant species to choose from, as well as educational opportunities. Sales are card-only; no cash accepted.
Sipping in the Rain wine walk, 3-6 p.m.: The SnoValley Chamber of Commerce is hosting a winter wine walk with several participating merchants. Tickets purchased ahead of time include a souvenir glass and 10 drink tickets for $25. Tickets can also be purchased day-of for $30. For more information, go to snovalley.org/events/calendar.

North Bend blood drive, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Bloodworks Northwest will have a mobile blood drive at North Bend City Hall, 920 SE Cedar Falls Way. It is recommended that donors make an appointment online ahead of time at donate.bloodworksnw.org/donor/schedules/geo.
April 10
Coffee with the fire chief, 10-11 a.m.: Eastside Fire & Rescue Chief Ben Lane will be at The Rustic Cabin Coffee in Duvall. Lane will be available to answer questions and have informal community discussions.
Teen Maker Thursdays, 2:30-4:30 p.m.: North Bend Art & Industry is now hosting a makerspace for teens every Thursday at its new Center for Creativity, 1533 Bendigo Blvd. N. Activities will be provided, but teens are also encouraged to bring any projects they are currently working on.
April 12
Great Carnation Easter Egg Hunt, 10 a.m.: Carnation’s Easter egg hunt will take place at Tolt Commons, 31999 E. Bird St. The event will also include face painting, a petting zoo, crafts, bunny photos and snacks.
Camlann Medieval Village fundraiser, 12-9 p.m.: Camlann is hosting its first fundraiser to support the living history museum’s future endeavors. Gates open at 12 p.m. for visitors to explore the grounds and experience village life. There will also be a silent auction from 2-3 p.m. Tickets are $25 online or $35 at the gate. Duvall composting class, 3-5 p.m.: The Grange co-owner Sarah Cassidy is teaching a class on how to make your own worm composting bin. The class will teach what to feed the worms, where to store your bin and how to harvest the vermicompost. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at thegrangeduvall.com/events.
