All of the bands in the 2016 concert lineup have a Heart & Soul connection, and DoctorfunK makes theirs by being one of Duvall’s most loved bands. Back by request, this is DoctorfunK’s fourth appearance.

Established in 1995, the band echoes the legendary passion of the famed horn-band, Tower of Power, and that “Bay Area Sound,” setting the standard for new soul music in the Pacific Northwest. The sophisticated horn arrangements, powerful vocals, and well-greased rhythm section deliver the deepest of grooves, playing original songs and covering funk rock classics.

The concert opens at 6 p.m. A beer and wine garden will be staffed by Rotary Club of Duvall. The Gobble food truck is also scheduled to be on site.

SummerStage is the City of Duvall Cultural Commission’s free summer concert series and Duvall’s premier music event. Donations welcome!
