North Bend’s Visitor Information Center and Mountain View Art Gallery will host an artist’s reception, 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1.

Meet the artists, view their work and sample refreshments during the event. Featured artwork now on display include paintings by Eric McCarthy, custom-made knives by Al Pizzano, jewelry by Erika Laureano, sculpture by Jeff Warren and ceramics by Dan Janson. The show will run through September.
