Thank you to volunteers and sponsors for Fall City Day 2025
Thank you, Fall City!
We’re celebrating the volunteers and sponsors who made Fall City Day 2025 unforgettable.
Fall City Day 2025 was a resounding success — and it’s all thanks to the dedication, creativity, and community spirit of our amazing volunteers, sponsors, and local partners. As a small town with a big heart, we are incredibly proud of the people who give their time and energy to make this cherished tradition possible.
We want to recognize and thank the following individuals and organizations for their outstanding contributions:
Event leads and volunteer heroes
CarrieLee Gagnon organized a fantastic parade, coordinated the Explorers, the pancake breakfast, the Big Wheels and Local Heroes area, and arranged for the Life Flight helicopter landing. She had incredible help from Rick and Michelle Reynolds and Rachel and Chad Perkins with parade sign-in and line-up. Morgan Henley and Chad Ridout did a fantastic job with the parade announcements. Bill Aggenbach and Tom Swanson, brought our parade at announcements and concert to the masses. We appreciate his expertise in electrical and sound beyond words.
Fire Chief Brian Culp managed our public safety event action plan, assisted with Fire Marshal coordination, and helped facilitate the firefighter union’s dunk tanks, adding fun and safety to the day.
Kirk and Sophie Harris and Sharon and Perry Wilkins are the driving force behind Fall City Day Run — a high-energy highlight! Thanks also to their helpers from the Mount Si Wrestling Team and Fall City Soccer Team for their muscle and enthusiasm.
Sarah Kieffer wore many hats — helping to coordinate the run, assisting with booth takedown, event and merchandise setup, and providing behind-the-scenes support before and during the day. She was indispensable!
Morgan Henley did a fantastic job booking and coordinating our live bands, while Summer Stumpf led the creation of the Aloha Beer Garden, making it a truly special gathering place and fundraiser for Live Grays Way, a cherished Fall City nonprofit raising awareness support for those with pediatric brain cancer.
A huge thank you to Nelson Treehouse Supply for sponsoring the concert and hosting the beer garden, helping us bring some true community “Ohana spirit” to Fall City.
Community sponsors and contributors
Saeed Anwar and the Farmhouse Market team generously provided groceries and hosted the Explorer Search and Rescue Pancake Breakfast in their parking lot — a delicious start to the day.
Talking Rain provided a generous supply of water and beverages to keep our runners refreshed along Studio 202 Salon.
The Kevin Hauglie Agency supported the event with printing, administrative services, and as the official sponsor of the Fall City Great Duck Hunt — a fan favorite!
Beth Traverso sponsored this year’s parade again, which many in the community said was “the best one ever.”
Fall City Market and Deli helped fund our social media services with Travis Wetherbee, who did a phenomenal job promoting the event and capturing the day in photos.
Mike and Olivia Halim managed our FallCityDays.org website and created the beautiful highway banner. A big thank you to Sun LeMaster at Banner Boom for hanging it with care.
Olivia Halim also coordinated with the Civil Air Patrol, whose cadets were instrumental in supporting many elements of the day — their professionalism and spirit were invaluable.
To all our vendors, performers, security teams, setup and cleanup crews, and the many unsung heroes who quietly made things happen: thank you. Your hard work and love for this town are what keep Fall City Day thriving.
We are so proud to be part of this incredible community. Here’s to 52 more years of Fall City Day!
