Snoqualmie Valley political climate is changing

I’d like to “second,” if you will, Eric Hall’s poignant letter (“Too much divisiveness,” April 28). We moved here in early 1985, and were delighted to find ourselves smack dab in the middle of the right side (pun intended) Cedar County uprising.

I can’t recall the last time I agreed with one of Mr. Johnson’s ‘cartoons.’ We moved here in early 1985, and were delighted to find ourselves smack dab in the middle of the right side (pun intended) Cedar County uprising.

Sadly, that failed and the ideological balance has shifted from what we perceived to be a somewhat friendly “redneck” atmosphere to one increasingly leaning to the left. Oh, well.
