Thanks and encouragement are due to the students taking a stand against bullying and harassment at Mount Si High School.

The 399 signatures on their petition is a real sign of hope for those of us reading about the issue in the papers. And thanks to the Record for bringing their story to our attention. This is not just an issue for the schools to confront. It is a community concern — we are all responsible.
