Restaurant supporting cyclone relief

Noble Dragon Restaurant in Snoqualmie is donating five percent of its revenue, through Tuesday, June 10, toward a Red Cross fund to help relieve victims of the Sichuan, China, earthquake and the Myanmar cyclone.

The restaurant will accept cash or check donations, and will also donate the coupon amount, from a valid Noble Dragon coupon, toward the relief fund.

Noble Dragon is located at 7730 Center Blvd, Suite F, on Snoqualmie Ridge, and is open 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The Better Properties Snoqualmie Valley team has hired Emily Webber.

Weber has been a real estate investor and landlord in Western Washington for almost five years.

Salish Lodge to host winery showcase

The Salish Lodge will host Greg Lill of DeLille Cellars to showcase the finest ingredients of the Northwest, at an evening of delectable dishes and award-winning wine.

The event is planned for 6 p.m. Thursday, June 12 at the Dining Room at the Salish.

A producer of Bordeaux-styled wines, DeLille Cellars is a small, family-run winery and has made a name for itself by following traditional methods and Bordeaux-style standards. To date, DeLille’s selections have earned honors including Wine Spectator magazine’s “Top 100 Wines of the World” for their 2004 D2 and Wine Enthusiast magazine’s “Top Rated 100 Wines of 2007” for their 2005 Chaleur Estate Blanc.

Eastside group offers home repairs

Rebuilding Together Eastside is offering free home repairs to eligible homeowners including the elderly, disabled or families with young children.

Rebuilding Together Eastside is a local volunteer organization that repairs and rehabilitates homes free of charge to low-income homeowners so they may continue to live in their homes in warmth and safety.
