Snoqualmie Ice Cream has reopened its downtown Snoqualmie storefront after a fire devastated the building in 2024 — and its owners added a cookie shop.
The property, at 8102 Railroad Ave. SE, is a historic building that formerly housed Snoqualmie Ice Cream, Chickadee Bakeshop and Littlest Wishes Photography. Chickadee Bakeshop has relocated a few doors down and Littlest Wishes has closed.
In addition to re-opening the ice cream shop, co-owners Heather Dean and Julie Chung took over the whole building, adding a cookie shop in the back and an event space upstairs called The Library at Snoqualmie.
Falls Avenue Cookie Company has an array of tasty flavors and will do some collaboration with its sister store for cookie ice cream sandwiches. For the holiday season, the shop has rolled out chai, gingerbread, and chocolate peppermint cookies.
Check it out: Snoqualmie Ice Cream is open Sunday through Thursday from 12-7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 12-8 p.m. Falls Avenue Cookie Co. is open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
