State Farm Agent Jeff Warren of Snoqualmie recently played mechanic when he got an emergency call from a fellow agent in Cle Elem.

The Cle Elem agent’s policyholders, a school teacher named Cheryl Singer, had broke down with a flat tire on Interstate 90 with a flat tire, but needed to get to Seattle for an important event, right away. The agent had called area towing and tire shops, but couldn’t find anyone who could help. “So, they called my office looking to see if I knew anyone who could help,” Warren said. “Well, of course I did. Warren helped Singer get of car off the road, changed the tire and took her to Les Schwab for a replacement. Singer made her appointment, Warren said.
