Kim Barker, L.M.P., is now offering one-hour massages at the Sno-Valley Senior Center twice a month. The program is open to all adults in the community, whether they are weekend warriors or mothers who carried too many babies and now permanently tilt to the side.
A group of teenagers from North Bend have started a new stage production group called Theatre ‘Round the Bend that will be holding tryouts for its upcoming musical.

Keith Mickle, owner of the North Bend Bar & Grill, recently purchased the Cedar Log Tavern in Carnation. After purchasing the business and the building, he completely renovated the interior with a new bar, new tables, chairs and an improved menu. The business will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Mickle will hold a grand opening Nov. 4-6, featuring specials on beer and food.
