Most of the outlets at the Factory Stores at North Bend will provide treats to lions and tigers and bears — oh, my! — during the annual Halloween “treat-no-trick” event, 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.

Stores participating in the event will be adorned with a pumpkin cut-out on their doors or windows. Children in costume are invited to attend.
