Chamber luncheon Jan. 24 to discuss connecting local jobs and skilled workers

The Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a panel discussion on connecting jobs with a skilled workforce, and a partnership bringing local students to local employers as part of its monthly luncheon, starting at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24 at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge.

Career Exploration Fridays, a partnership between the Chamber, Snoqualmie Valley Community Network and the Snoqualmie Valley School District, provides students an opportunity to visit a variety of exciting local and Puget Sound area businesses to learn about a wide range of jobs.

A panel of representatives from local companies will discuss how the chamber can help them find and hire the skilled workers they need. Attend the Chamber luncheon to learn more from local employers on the success of this program.
