Tremendous changes are in the works for the North Bend Pet Salon. The salon is changing its location, its name and adding a new groomer/partner. The new location is 8103 Falls Ave. S.E. in Snoqualmie, former home of Bella Vita Salon & Spa. The new name will be Snoqualmie Valley Pet Parlor and the new groomer is Starr Byers, who has 12 years of experience in the dog grooming business here in the Valley. She is partnering up with Tove Titus.
