Catering to the a.m. crowd, Big Sky Barbeque and Smokehouse in Snoqualmie has added a new breakfast menu to start early birds with a home-style meal.

Open since August, owner Jeff Newcomer welcomes new co-owner Ed Mortenson into the restaurant’s revamp.

“We’ve gone to breakfast seven days a week,” Newcomer said. “We still have barbecue, but we decided to do this to serve more of the public.”

Not limiting their customers to just barbecue, Big Sky’s breakfast menu has begun to grow. On the list: biscuits and gravy, eggs has browns, sausage and other favorites.

The owners plans to add to their menu as they grow into a cafe-style restaurant.

“Other than breakfast, we’ve added a couple burgers that are really good and a Polish dog,” Newcomer said.

Big Sky now serves breakfast from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays. Lunch and dinner is served 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Big Sky is located at 9075 Railroad Ave., Snoqualmie. Call (425) 292-9117.
