Snoqualmie Valley has changed dramatically over the past decade. More families are choosing to call the Valley home, young professionals are putting down roots, and older adults are staying in the communities they love longer than ever.

For these locals, accessing specialty care still means traveling long distances and spending valuable time away from work and family.

With the Valley’s growth comes an important question: Can local healthcare keep pace?

Thanks to Snoqualmie Valley Health, the answer is yes.

The HUB, scheduled to open in spring 2027, represents one of the largest investments in healthcare for Snoqualmie Valley residents. Snoqualmie Valley Health believes in investing in the wellness of the people who call the Valley home.

Construction is well underway on The HUB, an 85,000-square-foot medical office building designed to expand access to care while creating a destination centered on whole-person wellness and community.

The new facility will offer primary care, specialty care, urgent care, advanced imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, and a retail pharmacy under one roof. It will also add 33 exam rooms, four operating rooms, expanded outpatient services and more than 30 new medical providers, making it
easier for patients to receive comprehensive care close to home.

A vision for wellness beyond the exam room

The HUB will also feature thoughtfully designed community spaces, including a fitness center, café, restaurant, climbing wall, and community meeting rooms, reinforcing Snoqualmie Valley Health’s vision that wellness extends well beyond the walls of an exam room.

The HUB is intended to be a place where people gather and connect throughout every stage of life.

As construction continues, the building is quickly taking shape. What began as a vision is becoming a Valley landmark that will serve generations to come, supporting a growing community and creating approximately 225 new jobs.

The project also reflects a broader commitment to keeping care local. Every new service, every additional provider and every investment in advanced technology helps reduce travel, improve convenience and allow patients to receive exceptional care without leaving the Valley.

For Snoqualmie Valley Health, The HUB isn’t simply about building a larger facility. It’s about inspiring wellness for all of life’s great adventures.

Private philanthropy is an important partner in bringing this vision fully to life. Gifts from individuals, families, businesses and foundations can complement the project’s core investment by supporting enhanced equipment, technology, patient-centered spaces and wellness initiatives that may extend beyond traditional capital and operating funding.

This community support will help The HUB deliver an even greater local impact while giving donors a meaningful opportunity to invest in the Valley’s long-term health.

As the community continues to grow, so will the ability to provide compassionate, innovative care close to home, ensuring today’s residents and future generations have access to the healthcare they deserve.
