Martin (Marty) Dean Fagan
February 4, 1963- November 1, 2025
Marty Fagan (62), an inspiration to many, died peacefully at home in North Bend surrounded by his family. A veteran of the Navy and the Honolulu Police Department, Marty lived a life of adventure shared with his wife, Chris, and son, Keenan. Along with mountaineering and running 100-mile races, Marty, with Chris at his side, skied 570 miles to the South Pole, setting a Guinness World Record. For 10 years, he endured stage IV cancer. He inspired many to believe they could do more than they thought possible. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 7, 12-2pm at Si View Community Center in North Bend.
