Dick, a Snoqualmie Valley resident for 29 years, passed away peacefully at his daughter’s home in North Bend on May 9 2025. A Celebration of Life Party is scheduled for Sunday, July 20, from 1 pm – 4 pm at North Fork Farm in Snoqualmie. All are invited to join to share stories and community in Dick’s honor. He leaves behind his four children, the Cilley boys – Dick Jr., Brad (Walla Walla), Mark (Fall City), and his daughter, Mary Barrett (David) (North Bend), as well as six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
