July 25-26

Timber! music festival: Timber! returns for another year at Carnation’s Tolt-MacDonald Park. The event is put on by Artist Home, an Indigenous-owned event production company. This year’s line-up includes over 20 artists. Tickets and more information about attending the festival, as well as camping out, can be found at timbermusicfest.com.

July 25

Mount Si Classic golf tournament: This annual event raises money for Rotary Club of Snoqualmie Valley. Tickets are $150 for a single player or $600 for a group of four. Tickets include access to practice range and the putting green; green fees; lunch; contest holes; and raffles, awards and prizes. For more information about the event, visit valleyrecord.com. Friday in the garden, 4:30-6:30 p.m.: Every Friday evening through July, join Erika Laureano Design for wine, light bites and a relaxed shopping experience. These events will have special discounts on items in the shop. Registration is required and can be done at erikalaureanodesign.com/events.

Big Gay River Float, 12 p.m.: Seattle resident Adrian Ruiz is hosting this second annual event floating down the Snoqualmie River. Tickets to float can be purchased through Fall City Floating. All are welcome. For more details and to RSVP, visit facebook.com/events/1149479313590212.

Great Duvall Bake Off, 4 p.m.: Come watch the first Great Duvall Bake Off at Corie’s Cafe in downtown Duvall. Community judges will taste and rate participants’ baked goods. The theme for the contest is summer fruits. The winner will take home a $100 Corie’s Cafe gift card and bragging rights.

Taste of the Valley farm dinner & auction, 5-10 p.m.: The annual Taste of the Valley farm dinner and benefit auction supports the Snoqualmie Valley Preservation Alliance, a local nonprofit that supports the Valley’s agriculture. The event brings together chefs and beverage makers from around the region to serve up “tastes” made from Snoqualmie Valley products and usually has at least 300 people in attendance. This year’s dinner is at Goose and Gander Farm in Carnation. Individual tickets are $130 or $65 for local farmers. There are also sponsorship and donation options. North Bend Library music program, 4:30 p.m.: The North Bend Library will have a music program with Peter Ali who plays Native and Mesoamerican flutes.

July 30

Visiting author at North Bend Library, 6-7 p.m.: Author Donna Sandstrom will be presenting her book “Orca Rescue! The True Story of an Orphaned Orca Named Springer” about the only successful orca rescue and reunification on record. Event is for the whole family.

Duvall SummerStage concert, 7-8:30 p.m.: Duvall’s next 2025 SummerStage concert will be a performance by Taylor Swift cover band 13 ‘Til Midnight. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and picnic food. Water will be available at the information booth. Only authorized production vehicles are allowed in the park. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. The Mobility Golf Cart will circulate from the parking lot to the park from 6-7 p.m. for those who are unable to walk. Pick up is at the park entrance sign.

July 31

Snoqualmie movie in the park: Snoqualmie will show “A Minecraft Movie” at Jeanne Hansen Park starting at sunset, around 9 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, low-back chairs and bug spray. Arrive early; local businesses will provide raffle prizes.
