North Bend schedules road improvements for mid-August

The city of North Bend will begin overlaying portions of Meadow Drive S.E., Riverside Drive S.E. and Maple Drive S.E. with contractor Lakeridge Paving.

Construction will including improved drainage, grinding and overlay. The work is scheduled to last for two weeks, beginning in mid-August. North Bend is working with the contractor to give residents affected by the construction proper notice to reduce parking issues and other inconveniences.
